Frequently asked questions:
What is the PTSA?
PTSA is an organization made up of parents, teachers, and students around the state who have a special interest in children, families, and schools. By joining the PTA, a member automatically becomes part of the child-advocacy organization in the state.
If I join the PTSA do I need to attend the FLHS PTSA meetings?
No. Our members are welcome to attend the meetings as able. Even if you never come to a meeting, by joining our PTSA, you provide us with financial support to carry out our mission to support the students and teachers at FLHS.
If I join the PTSA do I need to volunteer?
No. PTA dues cover our membership dues to the Florida PTA. Being a member of our PTSA helps support our school. PTSA Members can volunteer as little, or as much, as they can!

No, each membership is only valid for one year.
Can my spouse/significant other and I join under one name/email address?
